what will you do if you were in my case?

i am a full time employee on a private owned company. i have yet to decide on full time job for home-based same field i am working with now (just waiting for a wired internet for good connection). i am married with 1 child and i can say a bread winner somehow because my Dad is sick and i have to provide them somehow for his maintenance. We don't have our own house, we just live with them. I am quite skeptical about working from home because, i'm afraid 'tis home-based may not last. But i want to quit 'tis job because of an anti-employee management. Omg, i still don't know what to do, I am always waiting for a sign, i am not sure if it was already shown.
